U.S. internationals Weston McKennie and Tim Weah were part of the Juventus XI that were battered by rivals Fiorentina Sunday in Serie A. The were beaten 3-0 by as Thiago Motta's men were handed their second-straight defeat in the domestic league.
The were blanked for the second week in a row. Last week, Mckennie, Weah and Co. were shut out by Atalanta 4-0, meaning in their past two matches, they've conceded seven goals without finding the back of the net themselves.
With the result, Juventus fell out of the top-four in the league table, putting their UEFA Champions League hopes for 2025-26 into jeopardy.

McKennie and Weah were both deployed out of position, with the former being put in an attacking minded role on the wing instead of central midfield. Weah, meanwhile, was put as a fullback during the first 55 minutes before pushing further up the field due to a tactical adjustment.
Neither American truly stood out, but by the time Weah was given a chance in the attack, they were already down three goals. McKennie, meanwhile, was creative in moments but struggled in a wider position.
Motta will be questioned for his tactical choices as their top-four hopes took a hit. Just nine Serie A matches remain on the calendar as the club looks to clinch UCL for next season.

Juventus, meanwhile, report back to the pitch on March 29 against Genoa after the conclusion of the international break.
